Why Juno
Juno turns a research brief into a study, interviews participants, and connects its analysis to the evidence behind it.
The problem
Traditional interviews require scheduling, moderation, and manual synthesis. Surveys collect answers at scale but rarely uncover the reasoning behind them.
What Juno does
Brief Juno in plain language and refine the study together. After you rehearse the interview and select Go live, participants can join through a shared link, Juno panel, or an external panel provider. Juno conducts the interviews and turns the completed evidence into findings you can question, trace, and share.
Why it's different
- Adaptive interviews: Juno asks the verbatim questions and follows useful threads in each participant answer.
- Evidence attached: Findings connect back to participant quotes, so you can inspect the source.
- One workflow: Brief, Interview, and Reveal form one research workflow, supported by Brief, Align, Rehearse, Collect, and Findings in the product.
- Participant safeguards: The interview can respond proportionately to disengagement and wellbeing risk.
Who it's for
Juno is for people who need qualitative evidence to inform a product, service, marketing, or organisational decision.
