Juno

Participant experience

Understand what participants see, how they answer, and how Juno handles comfort, engagement, and wellbeing.

What participants see

Participants open the invite link and see the study introduction, consent or pre-interview questions, and then the interview. The experience uses the study brand.

Answering

Text is the standard production interview. On supported interview pages and languages, a participant can dictate instead of typing.

Pause or leave

An active participant can leave and resume from the same browser within the 24-hour resume window. Answers already sent remain attached to the interview.

Engagement

Juno can ask for more detail when an answer is too thin or off topic. If the interview is not productive, it can close the conversation politely.

Wellbeing

Not an emergency service Juno uses a graded wellbeing response. For imminent-harm signals, it shows crisis guidance, ends the interview, and raises an internal Juno alert. Juno is not an emergency service.
