Manage sign-in, organisation access, credit usage, and the account features enabled for your organisation.
Sign in
Sign in with an email magic link, Google, or a passkey. Juno does not use account passwords.
Manage team
Invite teammates to the organisation or use an organisation join link. Organisation members share access to its studies and settings according to their role.
Manage credits
Each Live participant engagement uses one credit. Open Settings to check balance and activity, then contact support to add credits; self-service billing is not currently available.
Account security
Multi-factor authentication setup is currently limited to approved organisations. Contact support if your organisation requires it.
